I’ve been using this now for about 2 years, and have never had to replace this charger. I even ended up purchasing another one for me to use at my job!The textured back and soft silicone in the base of the stand make it so your device doesn’t jostle around at all.Made of solid plastic construction that has never flexed, creaked, or cracked in the time I’ve used it.As long as you are plugged into a 15W charging brick or USB-C port on a computer you will get a decent charging speed.I suggest this for a place you spend a lot of time, such as an office desk or computer desk because 15W does mean that the average charge time is gonna be roughly 2 hours. This is no fault of the charger it’s just meant for a more stationary usage. If you want a Fast Wireless charging experience be prepared to shell out an extra $50 dollars for it, but for what it is it’s an unbeatable value.

I bought this to replace an existing 10W mini “pad” wireless charger. I did some measurements with the Ampere application.The Good:It does show the old pad was stabilizing at around 840 mA while this one is stabilizing at around 1250mA. If you do the math, that’s a 50% increase, which is consistent with this being a 15W charger. Of coarse nothing beats wired charging (I get around 2900 mA stabilized).The “bad”:Its not really that bad, but it doesn’t seem to charge my Z Fold 4 when unfolded. This is because the wireless charge components on the phone are off-center when folded. I can technically move it a bit to the left and it will charge, but the phone won’t be steady there and I have to keep holding it.Conclusion:For what this unit promises it delivers. For those of us who have foldable devices, we should set expectations for this to charge when folded (portrait mode) and use it only as a stand when unfolded.Furthermore, although it is convenient to have a wireless charger, it is by no means a necessity, especially in the day and age of USB-C where plugging / unplugging a cable is effortless. Even in the best case scenario (15W wireless charging at 1250 mA of current), you can more than double that charge speed by simply plugging into a wired cable.PS: In case you haven’t figured this out yet, I’m an Electrical Engineer and nerd 😉

My iPhone XR quit charging on a cable. I’m not ready to upgrade so I got this Qi charger. Although it says it will charge through a case, it does not charge through my Vena Commute card case. I’m just glad this will suffice til I buy a new iphone. It charges quick and the design has definitely encouraged me to set my phone on it habitually. The overcharge protection works as stated. I really like the LED light on the side. It is not on if your phone is not on the stand. It gyms and turns color as stated in the advertisement.

I use this to charge my iPhone X it’s a slow charger only had it for a few minutes and it stayed at 96% for a long time just let you know I was watching videos so you might want to just let it charge overnight supposed to shut off when the power is done and I haven’t noticed it yet. It hasn’t gone to 100% yet.

I ordered this to be able to read my phone easier while it was charging. Works great as I can hold the entire unit in my hands. It also has enough ballast to stand up on the table and not fall over. I have tried other metal phone stands to facilitate reading my phone, and the tend to tip over and are hard to get to a good position. This one is my go to, now, even it I don’t need to charge my phone. I just take my case off and put it on the lip of the stand and it charges quickly. Charges faster if I am not using the phone. I may purchase one for work as well.

Ordered two of these upright chargers. Both worked perfectly from the start. Nice design and the phone is in charging position when you place it on the charger, not like the flat chargers where you have to make sure they’re right over the charging spot. It does get somewhat warm while charging in my Otter case, but not hot at all. To ensure full charging capability and since the charger does not come with a 110v adapter, I ordered a 110v 3amp adapter. A perfect match.The only negative is the short 3’ cord. But would definitely buy again.

I have an OtterBox defender case on my Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. The charging conduit does not line up with the phone when sitting in the charger vertically. It would only charge horizontally, which is not what I bought this charger for.

Insgesamt gutZur Ladeleistung: Über die 15W kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da der Charger bei mir mit einem iPhone in Betrieb ist und somit nur die 7.5W rausgeben muss um die maximale Ladeleistung für das iPhone zu erreichen. Hier soweit keine Probleme für meinen Anwendungsfall, da es macht was versprochen wurde.Wärmeabgabe: Durch die 7.5W hält sich das ganze natürlich stark in Grenzen. Charger wird maximal handwarm.Form: Nett. Hauptauflage unten ist gummiert um Rutschen des Smartphones zu vermeiden. Hilft wahrscheinlich auch gegen feine Kratzer für alle die Hüllenlos unterwegs sind.Ein Makel ist das Gewicht des Chargers: Dieser ist sehr leicht und kann so (ohne Smartphone drauf) schnell mal auf dem Tisch wandern. Die Gummifüße bieten nicht genug Widerstand, sodass irgend eine Bewegung des verbundenen Kabels schon den ganzen Charger wegzieht. Etwas mehr Gewicht im Boden des Chargers hätte die Stabilität sowohl mit Smartphone aus auch ohne deutlich verbessert.Das Negative: Nicht abschaltbare grüne LED an der Seite der Auflagefläche. Ich benutze den Charger auf meinem Schreibtisch um das Smartphone vor mir zu haben – also mit Blick auf das Display. Ist das Smartphone ein bisschen größer, so verdeckt es die LED. Hat also keinen wirklichen Nutzen, da man die LED im Normalgebrauch nicht sehen kann. Wirds im Zimmer dunkler, so hat man eine nervige Leuchtquelle ohne wirklichen Zweck. Man kann am Smartphone sehen ob es lädt oder nicht… da braucht man keinen LED Indikator im Charger selbst.Insgesamt für den Preis eine Empfehlung. Im Notfall kann man das Gehäuse über ein paar Schrauben öffnen und die LED abzwacken.

Zeer fijne en degelijke lader.Ik heb twee van deze laders gekocht, voor mijn vrouw en mijzelf. Deze staan op onze nachtkastjes om `s-nachts onze mobiele telefoons op te laden. Ik heb een Pixel 6 en mijn vrouw heeft een Oppo X3. Beide toestellen passen erg goed. Voordeel bij deze lader is dat het ‘rug gedeelte’ niet neerklapbaar is, wat ik in mijn vorige lader had en die toch wel eens neer klapte als ik mijn toestel nét iets te hard op de lader zette. Ik vond dat irritant.Aan de zijkant zit het ledje om aan te geven dat het toestel opgeladen wordt. Dat is fijn zodat je `s-nachts niet in je gezicht wordt geschenen (wat bij mijn vorige lader zo was).De voetjes aan de onderzijde van deze lader zijn erg fijn. Op onze nachtkastjes glijden deze laders niet weg.Deze lader raad ik dan ook van harte aan.
