I found the watch easy to work with and an app on my phone. I had a surprise event with a small accident in my patrol car. Policy is that you get your blood tested and all your vitals after an accident. We got a false read on my blood pressure at the doctor’s office of concerto. It mistakenly showed my blood pressure in a stage 2 hypertension. My primary doctor was concerned about the result and I got this watch on Amazon. It was a false read because my normal blood pressure is between 125 and 70 which is quite normal for me being 74 years old. Since I do some active law enforcement I needed a rugged watch, which this is military grade with hardened glass and all. Hope you enjoy your watch!

It has a high-end appearance and feel when worn on the wrist, which makes it appropriate for use during workouts as well as in regular life. I believe that it is an excellent example of how well form and function can be combined. Even when I am outside in direct sunshine, I am able to easily read alerts, keep track of my exercises, and check on the status of my health since the screen is so clear and bright. Those who are interested in physical activity will like the way it looks. I utilized this device to keep track of my everyday activities since it has so many different sports modes (there are 70 total). This watch features a mode that is specifically designed for the activity that I am engaging in, such as jogging, swimming, or doing yoga. It gives me data that is precise and thorough, which enables me to fine-tune my exercises and my overall health objectives. The heart rate monitor that tracks your activity for 24 hours and the sleep tracker has been quite enlightening. My cardiovascular health and my sleeping habits are both topics that I am now quite knowledgeable about. It enables me to make educated judgments about my lifestyle and the state of my health.

This is a rebranded kospet tank x1. I was hesitant about buying as I have small wrists but I must say the fit is excellent… It’s just the right size. About 2 days of continuous use & the battery is @73% which I’m pleasently surprised to see. So far the accuracy of the various functions appear to be good. The blood pressure readings are right in the ball park of what mine are historically and my walking route which is a known distance is right on the money. What blows me away is the sleep function. I typically sleep about 6 hours a night and it tracked that time and broke down all the different sleep cycles which I don’t know how that works but it’s fascinating and I took a nap during the day and it actually tracked that as well. This is an amazing piece of technology. It paired to my OnePlus7T without a hitch & I get notices for txt messages and other info. At this point I couldn’t be happier.UPDATE: I’ve been using this exclusively since I purchased & the one thing I noticed is that although the sports data crosses over to the phone the one item that doesn’t cross over to the watch unless you invoke refresh from the phone is the weather info which is somewhat disappointing. What’s the point of even having it on the watch if you need to pull your phone to check it. Perhaps the software will address this in a future update….. But I kind of doubt it.I reached out to support thinking I didn’t have something enabled & was told the app doesn’t update the weather. I still give the watch a 5 star overall rating.

I was really disappointed in this. For one thing, I thought I was ordering an Amazon/Google product and expected it would connect to Google Fit. It seems ridiculous to have a fitness tracker that does not sync to various platforms you need to sync to.I was also disappointed as the manual does not explain all the functions and how to use them. For example, there is a moon icon. Nothing tells me what that does. I would like to know what I sacrifice when I put it in battery saving mode. There are things on each screen that I do not always understand what they are for or what they are telling me, but nothing seems to explain these. One place there are three circles and each color represents something. There is a white dot on those circles, but I am not sure what that is telling me. No where have I been able to find anyplace that tells me about these things.A third thing that disturbs me is that I felt what I was buying was misrepresented. I thought it was an Amaz… something watch, thinking as I said that it was an Amazon product. It was shown in comparison with three other health trackers showing cost and applications. One of those was a Kospet. This and the Kospet were shown to cost $99.99 but this one was offering a 20% discount. After I received it, I find it is a Kospet. Then I find that there are places where the Kospets cost $69.99-$79.99. So, I feel I was deceived in what I was buying.I am not sure I am going to keep it. I was leaning toward a Fitbit which was $99.99. I allowed other things stated above to change my mind and now I am disappointed. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had gotten the Fitbit.

I wanted a product that would do one thing that I failed to notice that this one does not do. This fitness tracker will not give Blood Gluicose readings… so I returned it. There are dozens of other functions that is does so it might be perfect for someone else… be sure to read ALL the details carefully several times to make sure it is the right choice!

I like the size and weight of this watch. It feels rugged but but huge. Many faces to choose from. The tracker seems to be accurate as does the heart rate; however I never tested my Fitbit so I’m only guessing. Good battery life and great display… very bright
